Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Zhuchka account and what happens to your data when you do.
In the app
- Open Zhuchka and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
By email
If you cannot sign in any more, write to nxzolov@gmail.com from the email address the account uses, asking for it to be deleted. Expect the account to be gone within 30 days, and a reply confirming it.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile: display name, profile picture, and location text.
- Every find you posted, together with the photos attached to them.
- Your list of saved shops.
What is not deleted
- The shop and event catalogue, which is not user data.
- Copies other people made themselves — for example a screenshot, or a share card someone saved before you deleted the find. Those are outside the app's reach.
- Emails you sent to the developer, kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter they concern.
