Terms of Use

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the developer of Zhuchka. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.

Who provides the app

Zhuchka is provided by Nikita Zolov, an individual developer, reachable at nxzolov@gmail.com.

Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old. You may browse without an account; posting finds and saving shops require you to sign in.

Your account

Sign-in works through a one-time link sent to your email address, or through your Google account. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at nxzolov@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.

What you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting them you give the developer permission to store, reproduce, and display that content inside Zhuchka, so that the app can do the one thing it exists to do: show your find to other people. This permission is free of charge, worldwide, and lasts until you delete the content or your account. It does not extend to using your content anywhere else, and it does not include selling it or licensing it onward.

You confirm that you have the right to post what you post — that the photo is yours to share, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

What you may not post

The rules for content live in the Community Guidelines, and they form part of these terms. In short: post real finds, do not post anything illegal, do not harass anyone, and do not use the app for advertising.

Reporting content and blocking people

If you see content that breaks the guidelines, report it from inside the app: open the find and tap the button, then Report this find. The same menu on someone's profile reports the account. Every report is reviewed individually, and the person you report is not told who reported them.

You can also block another person from that menu. Blocking is mutual: their finds disappear from your app and yours disappear from theirs. Unblocking is available on their profile.

If you cannot use the app for some reason, write to nxzolov@gmail.com instead.

Enforcement

Content that breaks the guidelines may be removed, and accounts that break them repeatedly or seriously may be suspended or deleted. Where the reason is not obvious and contact is possible, you will be told what happened and why, and you may reply to that message to contest the decision.

The shop catalogue

Zhuchka shows shops with their addresses, opening hours, and other details. This information is compiled from public sources, may be incomplete, and may be out of date — shops move, close, and change their hours without telling anyone. Check before you travel. Listing a shop is not an endorsement of it, and there is no commercial relationship with the shops shown.

Availability

Zhuchka is offered as it is. It is a small project run by one person: it may be unavailable, it may lose features, and it may stop entirely. No uptime is promised. Where the law allows, there are no warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to what cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of photos you care about.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Zhuchka at any time and delete your account from Profile → settings → Delete account. The terms about content you already posted stop applying once that content is deleted.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the date at the top will be updated and the change will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zhuchka after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.
